Flight Operations Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Flight Operations Officer to plan and support daily flying operations across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. You'll be the central point of coordination between crews, clients, and ground handling partners.

• Prepare flight plans, permits, and overflight clearances
• Coordinate crew rosters and duty time compliance
• Liaise with ground handlers, fuel suppliers, and customs authorities
• Monitor weather and NOTAMs relevant to planned routes
• Maintain operational records for each flight

• Diploma or degree in Aviation Management or related field
• 2+ years' experience in flight operations or dispatch
• Familiarity with international flight permit processes
• Excellent organisational skills under time pressure
