About the Role

Westwind Aviation is looking for an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team at Wilson Airport. You will be responsible for the airworthiness of our fixed-wing and rotary fleet, working closely with our flight operations team to keep every aircraft safe and mission-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in line with approved maintenance schedules
  • Diagnose and rectify defects reported by flight crews
  • Maintain accurate technical records and log entries
  • Ensure compliance with KCAA and manufacturer airworthiness directives
  • Coordinate with parts and stores teams on component availability

Requirements

  • Valid KCAA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence
  • Minimum 5 years' experience on fixed-wing or rotary aircraft
  • Strong working knowledge of AMOS or similar maintenance tracking systems
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends
